ABOVE: Dead Confederate playing “Tortured Artist Saint” live @ Stubb’s during SXSW - 12 March 2008
This is somehow labeled as a “comedy” on YouTube, but I mean come on….the chilling background music alone belies any attempts at humor; it sounds like George Winston scoring a horror movie. Anyhow, behold Nicholas White, the internet’s latest sensation (though the horrific event happened in 1999)

ABOVE: Wassily Kandinsky’s Impression III (Konzert), painted just two days after he attended a Schoenberg concert. [Insert segue here], now go read this post and this 8+, synesthesia abounds.
ABOVE: Man Man - “Doo Right” into “Push The Eagle’s Stomach” live @ Bowery Ballroom - 10 April 2008. Much more from this show HERE.
ABOVE: White Hinterland live @ Mercury Lounge - 9 April 2008; read an exclusive EAR FARM interview with Casey Dienel from White Hinterland HERE.
